A life coaching session with Renew Mindset Co. is a guided conversation designed to bring clarity, focus, and direction back into your life. It’s not therapy or advice-giving , it’s a structured process that helps you uncover what’s holding you back, reconnect with your goals, and create practical, achievable steps forward. Each session begins with a check-in to understand where you’re at , emotionally, mentally, and situationally. From there, your coach helps you identify the patterns, beliefs, or pressures that may be causing stress or keeping you stuck. Together, you’ll explore what you truly want — whether it’s more balance, confidence, purpose, or freedom — and begin shaping a plan that feels authentic and achievable. The focus is always on renewal , helping you reset your mindset, rebuild your self-belief, and realign your daily life with the person you want to become. You’ll walk away from each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and clear on your next steps ,with the tools, accountability, and support to keep growing beyond the session. At Renew Mindset Co., our coaching is built on compassion, evidence-based methods, and the belief that transformation doesn’t have to feel overwhelming , it just needs to begin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Appointments We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 50% which will be charged to the payment method on file. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee. Emergency Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. If you encounter a legitimate emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
